  • Do I need Pilates experience to take a class?

    Not at all! We welcome clients of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications and guidance throughout each class.

  • How do I book a class?

    Classes can be booked through our website or mobile app. Just click the "BOOK" icon in the top right corner of the page and follow the prompts!

  • What should I do if it’s my first class?

    Welcome! Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can introduce you to the reformer, answer any questions, and ensure you feel comfortable before class begins.

  • How does the waitlist work?

    If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time before being added to class.

  • How far in advance can I book a class?

    Classes may be booked up to 30 days in advance.

  • How early should I arrive?

    We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your class.

  • What happens if I arrive late?

    For your safety and to avoid disrupting class, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after class begins may not be permitted to enter.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Grip socks and good energy are the only things required! :)


    Hydration and comfortable clothing are recommended during the workout.

    If you forget your grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.

  • Do you have lockers or storage?

    Yes. Personal belongings may be stored in designated studio areas during class.

  • How do guest passes work?

    Guest passes are intended for new clients who would like to experience Two Sisters Pilates for the first time.


    Each guest may redeem a maximum of two (2) guest passes total, regardless of which member account the pass is received from. Once a guest has used two guest passes, they will be required to purchase a class package or membership to continue attending classes.


    Two Sisters Pilates reserves the right to verify guest eligibility and limit or deny guest pass usage that does not comply with this policy.

  • Can I share my class package with someone else?

    Class packages are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

  • Can I purchase classes as a gift?

    Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Clients may cancel a reservation up to 12 hours before class without penalty.

  • What happens if I cancel late?

    Reservations canceled within 12 hours of class will be subject to a late cancellation fee and loss of class credit.

  • What is considered a no-show?

    If you do not attend a booked class and do not cancel, you will be charged a no-show fee and forfeit the class credit.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    All sales are final. Memberships, class packages, retail purchases, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • How do I book a private event?
